As 2025 draws to a close, I've been reflecting on how much the Agility landscape has evolved over the last 12 months. One of the most significant shifts we've seen is the move from Generative AI to Agentic AI, and the subsequent rise of the Agentic Agile Team.
I've spent time this year diving into this new paradigm, and I'm excited to share that I am currently writing a book on the subject. Rather than focusing on how to use AI, this book is designed for leaders looking to integrate AI agents as functional members of their existing Agile teams and becoming AI Orchestrators.
While the project is still a work in progress, I'd love to share the first chapter with you. My hope is that these early insights help you spark new possibilities for your teams in 2026.
